Pictures of the last months!
Category: Different, Kitesurfing, Schoolprojects — tim @ 16:24

Last wekend has been the Kitesurf Trophy in Dahme. I had to ride in the men’s division for the first time…pretty hard. I just won a heat and then I’ve been kicked out. Next time will be better ;)  I haven’t posted anything for a long time. Instead of publishing the pictures in sepereta galleries, I decided to create a new Picturemix gallery. Take a look what I’ve done the last months!

Trip to Berlin and Munich
Category: Different, Schoolprojects — tim @ 14:32

The new year started quite hectic, because I had to write my final Abitur exams in Febuary. My main examination subjects were maths and physics so I had to learn a lot about analysis, stochastics, the movement of electrons in magnetic and electrical fields and a lot of more. As a 3rd examination subject I chose English where we had to deal with the subject “marketing and branding to young people”. All exams went pretty well and I’m glad now to leave this behind me.

Right after these exams I went together with the course of my german subject to Berlin. We took a look at a lot of different parts of Berlin, not only the popular ones. It really brought a contrast in this visit, seeing how the people lived in the GDR.  Of course we also went partying in the evenings. I loved the Bang Bang Club, playing music like Indietronics, Electro and Rock. Saturday night after some hours in the club, together with two friends out of Berlin I went to “Curry 36“, an Imbiss making the hottest Sausage I ever tasted. The acuity is measured by Skuril. For example Tobasco has got round about 3000 Skuril. That means you have to mix one liter of Tobasco with 3000 liters of water. Than it doesn’t taste hot anymore. My Curry sausage had 240000 Skuril !!! You can imagine how my mouth felt. It burned as hell. But it has been a lot of fun!

Right after this 4 day long visit to Berlin, 5 people of my physics course and me left to Munich in a VW Bus to visit the “Deutsches Museum“. Our physic teacher organized some scholarships for us so that we had the possibility to stay from Monday to Friday. This museum is really big and a lot of more interesting than any other museums I’ve ever seen. I’ve been totally interested in the aerospace department. I think they have round about 100 original airplanes in there halls, starting with one of the first airplanes of the brothers Wright, ending with some modern Jetfighters.

Even though we’ve been there for 5 days I haven’t seen everything in this museum because it is so big.

Pictures follow next week, I bet you’ll get a better impression!

Aerodynamik
Category: Schoolprojects — tim @ 11:56
