At the moment the winter really sucks. I’ve got the feeling there’s never wind when I got freetime, and if there’s wind I have to study. Time is running fast at the the moment. In january I will write 6 exams in around 10 days, so I have to learn a lot at the moment. But apart of that it is also really fun, living in Flensburg sharing time with friends. But I can tell you I will be really glad when january turns to it’s end, because then I will make a trip to Australia! My girlfriend is doing Work and Travel for some months over there, and we will both discover the wescoast in a camper for 6 weeks! Can’t wait for it!
That’s what Kiteboarding is about! Thanks to my sponsors who give me such a good support and enable me to have a great time on water!

A local TV station made an short interview with Pascal Matzke as a organisator of the KPWt Sylt and me as a german rider. It’s been pretty early in the morning so maybe I look a bit tired ;) Sorry for the bad quality, because I just captured it with my Camera from the TV. I’ll get a better version soon, that I’ll post instead!
This year I want to create a longer, crazy movie. Here’s a short Trailer to get an impression. The movie will follow in around 2 months. I almost finished school now, just have got my oral exams on monday 15th. Because I became German Champion last year I got a Wildcard for the KPWT on Sylt from the 16th to 21st June. I think it will be a great event, so come around and have a look!
Last wekend has been the Kitesurf Trophy in Dahme. I had to ride in the men’s division for the first time…pretty hard. I just won a heat and then I’ve been kicked out. Next time will be better ;) I haven’t posted anything for a long time. Instead of publishing the pictures in sepereta galleries, I decided to create a new Picturemix gallery. Take a look what I’ve done the last months!
I’ve been in St. Peter-Ording this weekend building a nice slider together with Christian Winkenjohann, Carsten Nommels and Christian Brill. It’s our first try, but I think it looks really good. It has got a length of 8 meter and a hight of 1.50 m. Christian W.’s father is a carpenter so we could use his garage and all machines which made the work a lot of easier! Now I cannot wait to try it. Official “First Test” is in two weeks on the easter weekend.
