Category: Different — tim @ 19:23

…hope you had a nice christmas! As an every year tradition I’ve been in St. Peter-Ording rockin’ the North Sea. Well, there has been some ice but we could find a few water left ;) Here are some pics of Christian and me.

Flensburg
Category: Different — tim @ 11:30

I’m moved to Flensburg about one month ago now.  Im studying SESAM (Sustainable Energy Systems and Managment). It’s like an industrial engineer specialised on regenerative and sustainable energy resources. It’s really fun! Apart of that it’s cool to have a lot of kitespots in a radius of 20 minutes. I’ve been kiting quite alot, and Dario captured some nice videos, because He has got an knee injury at the moment.  My Video I wanted show to you has almost been finished , but I got some good new video records I want to build in. So here’s just a short clip Dario made! Thanks for that :)

New stuff!
Category: Different — tim @ 13:37

I have got my new full carbon Imperator III with woodcore now! It looks super nice with its pinestripes :) 130*40 is size i like best! The stance is a bit wider - 76 cm. I also decided to ride the new Core Riot XR. It super easy to adjust how big the kite loops and how much barpressure you want to have. It combines a relaxed feeling with a lot of power!  Love this stuff!

Pimp my T4 (part 1)
Category: Different — tim @ 13:07

I bought a really good T4 Transporter in May this year. Its from2003, 48.000 km, 2.5 l TDI with 88 PS…undestroyable!  Together with my father and my grandfather we completed the interior with a bed and some loading space. First of all we insulated the walls with some insulating mats.  After this the shitty looking in-cabin room got freshed up with some dark grey carpet and LED spotlights in the ceiling. The bed should be low enough to take a seat on it without crashing the ceiling with your head but high enough to have space for kiteboards etc under it. So we decided to built a bed that is able to distend. the bed has got a length of 1,20m and it is able to enlarge it to 2 metres! Thats it for the first part. Coming up: table, drapes and the soundsytem!
