This weekend was really sick! Once again the Kitesurf-Trophy in St. Peter-Ording was a huge event, 4 days fullfilled with Kitesurfaction during the day and Liveconcerts in the evenings.
In the singles I won three heats to get into the final wich was against Cabrinha rider Felix Sorau. With a Back to blind, an Airpass, Backmobe and a L3 I won the final. Sunday the Doubles were really exciting. All the Juniors gave their best and it was amazing to see how good everybody became.
My Underground-Teammate Lasse Schneppenheim fought up from the bottom to the top with different Handlepasses, Kung Fu’s and Kiteloops to the Semifinal where he was kicked out by Felix. Congratulations Lasse for the 3rd place! So again the final was against Felix Sorau, who started really strong into the heat by doing a powerfull Slim Chance. So I had to do my best and I managed to do an Airpass, a Highmobe, L3, Kiteloop 3, a Railey to blind and a Railey to wrapped.
I’m very happy that I became German Champion this year because it was my last years at the Juniors, we’ll see how my results will be in the men’s class.
Mario Rodwald became again German Champion at the men’s class, and Sabrina Lutz in the women’s class. Both showed us some great action! Congratulations!
