The first stop of the Kitesurf Trophy 2008 has been in Dahme. It was very nice to meet all the german kitesurfers again after the winter. Unfortunately there wasn’t any wind, so we couldn’t start for a real contest, but today there was a funcontest: Best Trick. I won this contest in the Juniors class with a well powered Back to blind. Actually there’s no wind to kite, so we (the SPO-rtlichen and me) had to do something else with our freetime and this beautiful weather. After a hard fight we won the famous Roxy Sandcastle Contest in St. Peter-Ording. Our sandcastle was totally crazy, it was like a rollercoaster for a ball. There were two ways to go, including a huge bridge, a dark tunnel, a kicker into a box filled with water and
finally a random experiment which 
told us that we’ll get wind next week;) The ball had the free decision to fall in two cups - wind or no wind. Of course it fall in the wind cup! This morning I went to the beach again to take a look at our sandcastle but it was destroyed and even a dog shit on it…or maybe our angry competitiors who lost…who knows.
